Meet Our Doctors
Dr. Jerry May
Dr. Jerry May grew up in Wyoming where he learned the value of hard work at an early age and developed a love of the outdoors. Before dedicating himself to his college education he completed a two year mission for his church where he learned Spanish. He attended Utah State University for undergrad where he played as a defensive back for the football team and married his wife. Dental school took him and his family to Florida where he attended Nova Southeastern University to earn his DMD. After dental school he was accepted into an AEGD program at the University of Mississippi Medical Center where he received advanced training in dentistry. He is experienced in many areas of dentistry and he has gained a reputation for providing high quality dentistry among his patients and peers.
In his spare time he enjoys many hobbies including: gardening, woodworking, rod building, landscaping, bee keeping, fishing, and tending to his small farm in Gig Harbor.
Dr. Jared Coudron
Jared Coudron graduated from Brigham Young University – Idaho with a focus in Biology and Chemistry. Before going to dental school, he lived in Brazil for two years as a missionary for his church. He earned his DDS degree at Virginia Commonwealth University and was the recipient of several scholarships. While in school, he completed research to improve dental care and continues to dedicate himself to lifelong learning. Dr. Coudron is a member of the American Dental Association, Washington State Dental Association, and the Pierce County Dental Society.
Dr. Coudron enjoys teaching Sunday school, gardening, cycling, hiking, playing in an indoor soccer league, and most of all, spending time with his wife and two kids.
Dr. Steve Clawson
Dr. Steve Clawson graduated from the University of Utah in 2008 Magna Cum Laude with a major in Biology and minor in Chemistry. He then attended dental school at Virginia Commonwealth University, graduating in 2012 and was inducted with honors into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honors Society. Dr. Clawson then attended the University of Colorado at Denver where he received his Certificate in Orthodontics and Masters of Science in Dentistry Degree in Oral Biology.
During that three-year time Dr. Clawson worked in private practice as a general dentist gaining invaluable experience in all aspects of dentistry. Dr. Clawson is a member of the American Academy of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists and Washington State Society of Orthodontists. He is also a Diplomate and is certified by the American Board of Orthodontics.
